The Council for Prevention of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Inc. is dedicated to:

Promoting education and training regarding alcohol, tobacco and other drugs.
 
Providing information and consultation/referral services.

Identifying problem areas and promoting common interest in the development and provision of prevention, treatment and community mobilization services.

Partnering with agencies outside the substance abuse field to insure that our communities are aware of the services we provide and to ensure they are able to identify chemical abuse in their service population as soon as possible.

Assisting in the identification of the needs of at risk youth and families.
